As we approach the end of the year, many are starting to think about their home improvements for their ‘New Year, New Home’ and so we thought we’d share some of our favourite installations from the last year from our parent company to inspire your new shutters when you are browsing through.

This project was undertaken in the partnership with a fantastic designer who we have had the privilege of working with on many projects over the years and who is responsible for this finished masterpiece.
In this beautiful Putney Property, the homeowner decided to add a modern touch to traditional solid panelled shutters, adding the benefits of wooden shutter panels to their windows whilst matching to the stunning aesthetics of the room. The addition of metallic hinges and fittings truly enhances the luxury look of these shutters and matches perfectly to each of the differing window designs.
The client opted for a mixture of louvred and solid shutters in various rooms and materials including Pearlwood and Permawood. Choosing a combination of materials to suit each area is a fantastic way to get the use and versatility out of your shutters and exactly what this client has done.
We’ve always loved working on unique projects and this House-Boat was a wonderful addition to our portfolio earlier this year. These beautiful, shaped shutters have been made in our full wood Pearlwood material in a taupe grey colour to blend with the interiors and keep a beautiful light tone shining through this unique abode. Shaped shutters are always a fantastic window dressing solution to cover unusual windows as alternatives can ruin the aesthetics the shapes provide whereas shutters keep this same fantastic room design.
In this Richmond home, Hardwood shutters were added to the Kitchen and bedroom.
