This white shade is present to reflect UV and solar rays away from the window which will help cool your room during high heat periods. In the same way as the blind can cool a room using reflective qualities, honeycomb blinds are also an ideal choice for winter months as the extra layer amongst the shutter panels effectively keep heat within a room as well as reflect light out.
